ajili is strictly for players who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active ajili account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All bonuses offered by ajili are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal is permitted.
Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ajili reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal request.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software or bots, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on ajili. Violations will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ajili ("ajili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ajili online gaming platform available at ajili.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in such an account, including deposits and any winnings, will be forfeited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
To access the full features of the ajili Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ajili Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. ajili reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ajili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify ajili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ajili recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for additional account protection.
ajili is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
ajili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your ajili account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ajili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with ajili's KYC requirements. ajili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ajili account holder.
Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. ajili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on the ajili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. ajili reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.
ajili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:
ajili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.
All games available on the ajili Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game providers. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. ajili does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
ajili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and partners with licensed live dealer studios to ensure fair and transparent outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ajili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
ajili reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. In such cases, the affected wager will be refunded to the player.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ajili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ajili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of ajili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ajili.
ajili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ajili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ajili cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ajili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ajili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ajili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
ajili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, ajili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law. If your account is closed at your own request and in good standing, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ajili Platform, you agree to first contact ajili's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. ajili will endeavor to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ajili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ajili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ajili Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
